Quentin ensures accounts unfrozen and no action taken by Police in Money Laundering investigation.

Quentin was contacted by Mr JH, a gentleman who found himself under investigation by the Surrey and Sussex Police economic crime unit in respect of allegations of money laundering under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. As a result of the investigation, HSBC had revoked his access to all his business and personal bank accounts. As a result, he was unable to operate his business, which was costing him a lot of lost business as well as unsettling clients and creditors.

This enabled JH to have the peace of mind that he was no longer subject to police investigation and crucially allowed him to have access to his bank accounts in order that his business interests were not damaged.
